A PokéKey is a digital key that grants access to our exclusive Pokéchest, giving you a chance to win rare and valuable Pokémon cards. Each PokéChest has a designated, graded Pokémon card or set of cards that can be won by one lucky PokéKey holder. All other PokéKey holders will also receive a random Pokémon card.

You can purchase a PokéKey directly from our online store. Simply navigate to the desired PokéChest and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Once you have purchased a PokéKey, you will be entered into the drawing for the corresponding PokéChest. When all PokéKeys have been sold, we will use third-party software to randomly select the winning PokéKey and the lucky winner. We will then announce the winner and ship the prize to the provided shipping address within 3 business days.

After the announcement of the winning PokéKey, we will automatically ship the card(s) to the winner's shipping address within 3 business days. The shipping duration will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

All PokéKey purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the digital product and the exclusivity of the content within the Pokéchest. By purchasing a PokéKey, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy.
