Phase #1: The PokéChest Release

Upon the launch of a Pokéchest, we'll release a total of 100 PokéKeys that are available for purchase. Each PokéKey contains a random card from the sought-after Wizard of the Coast series to the latest release of Sword & Shield. However, only one of these keys will virtually unlock the Pokéchest containing the specified, graded Pokémon card as the ultimate pull. In some cases, there may be more than one special card, which will be announced alongside the Pokéchest.

Phase #2: Unlocking The PokéChest

Once all 100 PokéKeys are sold, we'll initiate the next phase within 24 hours. We'll use third-party software to randomly choose the winning PokéKey and the lucky customer to automatically unlock the PokéChest that contains the specified Pokémon card.

Phase #3: The Auto-Dispatch

Once the winning PokéKey has been discovered, we'll make an official announcement to all customers. Within 3 business days following the announcement, we'll automatically ship the card(s) to the winner's shipping address provided upon checkout with a free shipping upgrade with tracking. All other PokéKey holders will also have their randomized Pokémon card shipped with in the same timeline but with untracked shipping.

Returns Policy

Please note that all PokéKey purchases are final and non-refundable. The PokéKey is a digital key, granting access to the digital Pokéchest. Due to the nature of the digital product and the exclusivity of the content within the Pokéchest, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the PokéKey has been purchased. By purchasing a PokéKey, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy.

There no need to worry about any action on your part. purchased PokéKey will automatically open the corresponding once all have been sold out. just sit back and relax we take care of everything.

Shipping & Delivery

Upon the sale of all PokéKeys, the lucky winner of the winning PokéKey will be announced within 24 hours. As soon as the announcement is made, we will automatically ship the winning card to the shipping address provided during checkout with a free upgraded shipping with trackin. Your card will be dispatched within 3 business days following the announcement.

To keep you informed, a tracking number will be sent to the winner's email address, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Rest assured that we are committed to delivering your prized card swiftly and securely.

For all other PokéKey holders, your card will also be dispatched within the same timeline via untracked shipping. Please expect up to 14 business days.
