Mystery Poké Pack Purchases

Please note that all PokéKey purchases are final and non-refundable. The PokéKey is a digital key, granting access to the digital Pokéchest. Due to the nature of the digital product and the exclusivity of the content within the Pokéchest, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the PokéKey has been purchased. By purchasing a PokéKey, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy.

Mystery Poké Pack Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
